Who can receive assistance?

For individuals and families experiencing homelessness.

Participants must have reliable ongoing income sufficient to sustain rent after moving into housing. Income may include employment, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), child support or other verifiable sources.

Applications are reviewed according to program guidelines and available funding.

How the application works

Initial screening

Complete an initial intake and eligibility screening.

Documentation

Submit the required documentation and sign the application in person.

Housing verification

Housing information is verified through contact with the landlord.

Unit inspection

The prospective rental unit is inspected to ensure it meets program requirements and provides a safe and suitable living environment.

Review and approval

The application is reviewed based on program guidelines and available funding.
