Who can receive Utility Assistance?

Utility Assistance is available to eligible individuals and families experiencing financial hardship who need help paying essential utility bills. Eligibility is determined according to program guidelines, household income, and funding availability.

Documents for the application

Contact the team to confirm the documents required for your household.

  • Social Security cards — For all household members.
  • Valid photo identification — For all household members age 18 and older.
  • Birth certificates — For all household members under age 18.
  • Current utility bill
  • Proof of household income

Once all required documentation has been submitted, applications are reviewed to determine eligibility based on program guidelines and available funding.
